One Man, Eight Cameras for Violin Octet in 5.1

One Man, Eight Cameras is an octet for eight violins sent to eight separate audio channels accompanying the motion of eight copies of the director, Narren Wilks, seen in the corresponding visual piece. The composer wanted to make a joke about the overly complex nature of the piece, but could not think of anything. For that, he apologizes profusely.

The piece had its World Premiere at the Matera Intermedia festival in Matera, Italy and has been screened at the NSEME2017 festival in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Fagerborg Festspillene 2017 in Oslo, Norway, Segnali 2017 festival in Perugia, Italy and at the Echofluxx 17 festival in Prague, Czech Republic.
